Cartoon Network 3D Glasses Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all residents of the United States and valid while supplies last or until 10/5/07. Only 200,000 glasses available. Requests will be processed in order received and in Cartoon Network’s sole discretion. Limit 1 request form and maximum of 4 glasses per household. Requests do not guarantee that you will receive any 3D glasses. To be eligible, requests must be legible, fully completed, and contain a signature of a parent or legal guardian, or be completed by an individual over age 18. Please allow 7 – 14 days for delivery. Cartoon Network is not responsible for misdirected, unintelligible, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, stolen or postage due requests, technical or hardware failures of any kind, failed, incomplete garbled or delayed facsimile transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind which may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism, computer virus, mechanical, technical, or operational defect or error or other events or causes beyond Cartoon Network’s reasonable control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Giveaway, Cartoon Network reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway. In the event, of cancellation, glasses will be distributed from among all eligible, non-suspect requests received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. All requests become the property of Cartoon Network and will not be acknowledged or returned. Cartoon Network, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating vendors and promotional partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) expressly disclaim any responsibility and participants and their parents/ legal guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss to any person (including death) or property relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Giveaway (regardless of the cause of such injury or loss), the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the glasses and/or printing, distribution or production errors. Participants and their parents/legal guardians acknowledge that glasses are awarded “as is” and that Released Parties have not made, and are not in any manner responsible or liable for any representation, guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, in law or in fact, relative to the glasses, including, but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any personally identifiable information collected in connection with this Giveaway will only be used by Cartoon Network and its agents in connection with the Giveaway.
